Update after AGM :
seem profit margin will rebound to normal level in coming yr due to:

* cut in stock level and realise 3 億 to decrease the loan ==> so interest expense will drop

* one time write down of long term investment of stock and kitchen install inv. will not happen again

* CAMP segment 's profit margin will improve due to more stable steel price> in 2006

*CMG-Hong Kong, seem will continue to grow as more project is coming e.g.West Kln, Kai Tak, Ocean park, Kwon Tong , West Rail 's property ....
